Today the subject is "The Healing of the Kidneys".

Quite a few of our incarnated people have problems with accumulation of energy and suffering in the kidneys. This is because of war experiences in earlier lives. Also because of unhealthy loyalty considerations to unworthy persons.

The advantage of the kidneys not functioning well enough, is that one has then been able to stretch further. Just as the telescopes have stretched and gained knowledge, so have you. But now the telescope has Ascended and been released from its ties to earth, so it is also with you. In the same manner as the Hubble telescope is viewing into the First Day of the Creation, so shall you enter into The First Bliss and Innocence. And the healing of the kidneys is important in this respect.

My subject today is:

The Healing of the Kidneys, step 1.

Psalm 7.6 "You, God are the one testing the heart and the kidneys - a just God."

A Sit down in a chair facing south or west. You may also lie down, but then have a pillow under your head and neck.

B Let your attention slide towards the left kidney. As a Golden Fog is your focus in the area of the kidney.

C See now before you the kidney floating weightless in a Black Universe. If this is difficult, then see before you the astronaut floating outside the space shuttle.

D The urethra is the lifeline just as the astronaut is connected with a cable to the space shuttle.

E Your left kidney is moving up and down in your inner Universe, just like a seaweed in the ocean.

J Feel that the pain the kidney is nice and exciting.

K The pain and the releasing Currents make it possible for you to lean back more.

Behind the lungs, into the silence.

L Follow the Blissful release down the urethra.

M The left side downwards becomes warm and stretches. The connective tissue is cleaned away by the living, warm blood in the bloodstream.

N The left hip bone now reflects the planet Venus. The planet of Love with its Bliss.

O When the kidney has released enough blue-white sparks in the dark universe, the atmosphere in the region of the kidney will be illuminated. The work is now done and you can conclude.

PS ! To be able to see the kidney as a sack with falling stars is fine. But if you cannot see it that is also O.K.! Because the hormones in the adrenal glands are released anyway with this exercise.
