Here is a little exercise or method called "link-making". The idea is to create a focus at the dinner table. Or a vacuum, with the help of links. Here is the method:

LINK-MAKING

Example: 4 are sitting at the dinner table:

Linda 29 born 18/1 Roy 85 born 23/8

Kenneth 15 born 01/12 Thea 08 born 08/6

........................................

The first two letters are mentioned with their respective numbers. (Nordic numerology.)

A sentence is now and again uttered at the dinner table.

Pick out a power word or an arbitrary word from the sentence. In your mind look at the two first letters in the word. Convert them to numbers. - For inst. " The ocean is still today". You pick out the word Still, the 2 first letters ST = 90. Then you have to find anyone at the table with a link to the number 90.

Do the following:

A Look for "links" in the birth dates around the table.

I) Sun links = exactly the same number. Either the day of the month, the month or the year.

(Here 90; Sun link if one is born in 1990)

II) Moon links = the number turned around. (Here 90 gives 09. A moon link if a person is born on the 9th or in September, the 9th month.)

III) Mathematical links: For inst. The power word has a mathematical connection to one of the players, 1/2x, 2x, 3x, etc. Here, our example:

LInda 18/1 ROy 23/8

KEnneth 01/12 THea 08/6

"We had a trying time during the war". You take the power word; TRying = 08

The link goes to THea with the blessing that it contains. It is then discharged and the next round is ready !

IV) One can also make links of the sum of the digits. The sum of the two first letters in the power word, and also the sum of the digits in the birth figures .

B We have so far used the birth dates. But the same method may also be used for the first two letters

of the name, look here:

Example: "We utilize only organic matter". You take OR = 58

58 is a link to Roy (Moon link), 58 is also a link to Linda (Mathematically 2x29 = 58)

The advantage at the table is that the talk is spread out and survayable.

Do this exercise until you get a couple of sentences, or until you get a couple of links.

If more people are in on this (or all) there may be a great release by an AH-HA experience, or that the whole thing takes a humorous turn.
