First: Thought - Teeth - Grounding

Rejoice, you who have had painful experiences at the dentist's.

All your pain in the dentist's chair will be changed to superb control of your body.

If the mental pressure becomes too great - then let your thoughts go in a circle in you mouth. Let

the thoughts go through the teeth, deep down in the roots and along the surface.

As each tooth has a resonance in each organ in the body, you will by and by get full control over

your body and your fate.

The feeling is the same as in "flying" dreams.

The problem today, June 1999AD - is that people are more interested in thinking than in "being".

By this there will be a problem with the grounding.

Nothing is spontaneous without grounding.

Life becomes artificial - an analysis.

By entering into the pain at the dentist's - and changing it into a dynamic power - it is easier to meet

traumas from previous lives and from this life.

After a while "Mental tooth circles" may be combined with conscious breathing, but we will return to that later. ....................................

Especially for the youth.

Find out which areas of the earth that are in pain today ! See the news, read the papers, see the text TV,

listen to the radio or talk with community conscious people.

Listen to music, preferably together with other Ligtbearers - and the music should be "fresh" and expansive.

When the music starts - see before you mother Earth as a Globe.

Let the "Beat" - base - thunder from the centre of the Earth.

Feel how great Mother Earth's pain is. Let the base attack the pain from the centre.

Crush the pain - let it explode.

Centre the base on the points of conflict on the Earth. One at the time. Maximise the whole - the

base shatters the evil and lets the Light Shine in.

If there is vocal with the music, then see the vocal as a silver ribbon - a Christmas gift ribbon with

an arrow head in front.

Let Mother Earth's pain circulate the ribbon where the pain is.

See how the silver ribbon sweeps along, - completely free - in circles and spirals.

This is soothing the pain - a balsam on the wound.

If you like, see the Earth bursting - it is the pain that bursts - and the Earth is born anew.

After an "Earth Healing Service" like this - one is "high" and exalted.

Don't seek other people - and don't mix with other people in the first half hour afterwards.

Drink something - and become conscious of having been in on something Holy. It is also good to

get a little wind in your face and/or a little rain in your hair.

We have only mentioned the base and vocal - this is however, a good starting point.

If you are young, but prefer classical music - it gives the same result. It is however, individual how you perform the task - all according to the composer.

If you are not young - use music that you are fond of, - and Heal the Earth, you too !
