            Beloved Friends !

                    I am Mother Mary ! When you read this I will mirror the tenderness that you have in

your heart - and the World is blessed !

My brother Satya Sai Baba has requested me to unite "The Lords Prayer" with his "Candle Light Meditation". Here is the result - we have called it :

CENTERING

* When you are out in the city

* Or you are at home.

* Or with friends

* Let then your eyes focus on the light of a lit candle.

* Look at it as if it were our planet - Mother Earth

* See how she floats in a great emptiness.

* Who needs this light ?

- Friends or family

- Geographical areas

- Other people in need

* Look into the Light - and see the Light in the middle of the person who needs help (or the place)

* Do the Lords Prayer while your gaze rests in the middle of the flame

* It is best to pray with an audible voice, but mentally is also OK !

* Do the Lords Prayer 3 times.

* This quiets the astral layers

* And up to the 4th mental level.

This is not a panacea - it is work with a following reward.

* If you need all power and rest yourself, - then do the Lords Prayer 3 times and focus on the Light flickering up from the Solar Plexus and into your heart.

* If you get visions or feel that Angels are near - don’t panic.

* Ask us direct questions, in the name of Jesus !

* And if you are willing to do a piece of work - the contact will become permanent. (This may happen out in the city just as well as at home.)
