            You Strong Souls !

                    My name and my title is the Africa Queen !

I was born beautiful. I was born beautiful in a beautiful country. The Golden Age blessed us all with unction from God.

When the Age of Silver came, and later the Age of Copper - I saw my children suffer more and more. And Kali Yuga spread its black wings over the Earth - I had lost. The paralysis of my actions started with a small remark; - the Most Beautiful - ! I was so completely blinded by my own beauty that the fear of losing it directed my life. When my children suffered, I could not do anything. The compulsory thought - "you will lose your beauty" was stronger.

Now my children have lifted me up from where I dwell under the ocean, south of Africa. My children's suffering torture me back to life ! It is now as in 1985 AD ! Ethiopia is hungering as if there were rats gnawing at her stomach. In 1985 I came to the surface with the result that the world united in song. The world of music turned to and took pity on the smallest of my small ones. Via Satellites the world was united - especially the newer generation. The project was called "Band Aid!. This was also a first taste of the World Teacher - Maitreya's entrance into officialdom.

The heading for this lesson is : THE PATH OF THE HEART

When you wake in the morning, look at the day in this way (drawing above). Take bit by bit -1/6 at the time.

When you have finished one "post" - then visualize the next one.

The method in THE PATH OF THE HEART

In the morning - See in YOUR HEART fragments of what is to happen before lunch.

Stretch your heart - See the good and the funny.

If there are irritation moments or worse things, then ponder the problem for a while. Notice what colours your heart uses to solve the problem.

At lunch - Visualize in the HEART the next stage.

When you are home again - then you are Sheltered.

Make yourself comfortable now ! The heart is warm and filled with Love !

Before you go to bed, see yourself from the comfort of your heart - see yourself as an historical person, a TV personality, in a different occupation, - as the opposite sex, as your own grandmother etc. Chose from the highest ! Use your imagination and look especially at the clothes.

But always through the HEART - and as little as possible of thoughts of words.

A glimpse is enough !

Do you see yourself in an interesting position, and then the inner picture begins to fade - then let it fade and die out ! Because you have already got the most important with you - the essence.

The point is that you are at home Sheltered. It is safe and you deserve to enjoy Life.

Do you get too much joy and impressions - then spread it - by being among people.

Do not continue until you have spread your/God's Love.
