Friends in the hard Reality !
I am Mother Mary ! I will hereby finish my teaching about the "Lords Prayer".
In this teaching I touch on how our Eternal Father comes to assistance for the one. You are worth all attention from God our Father.
If you are afraid or in depression. If you are painfully lonely or maniacal. If you are so tired that you cannot be properly rested for the next days work - then the Lord’s Prayer is the solution !
Here is the Angel World’s teaching about prayer and it is called;
The Lords Prayer and Rest
Read The Lords Prayer, mentally or out loud and focus on the following places in your body:
Our Father which art in Heaven (Alpha - Crown chakra, the Glory - 4 cm above the head.)
Hallowed be thy
name ( - head and face)
Thy kingdom come (
- neck and throat)
Thy will be done
in Earth (
- chest, the breasts,
lungs and midriff)
As it is in Heaven
(
- shoulders, arms, fingers)
Give us this day
our daily bread (
- heart and
spine)
And forgive us our
debts as we forgive our debtors (
- abdomen and intestines)
And lead us not
into temptation (
- kidneys,
balance between right and left)
But deliver us
from evil (
- sexual organs)
For thine is the
kingdom (
- hips and small of
the back)
And the power (
- skeleton)
And the glory (
- the legs including the ankles)
For ever ( 
- feet and toes)
Amen (Omega - the cross along the spine and out at the shoulders. Opens up for your golden-white
Angel wings) *
This prayer of rest works thoroughly. It is in most cases enough with 3 consecutive readings, after which your guardian Angel will be one with you.
